I've been following this tragic case closely, and my heart truly goes out to Logan Welch's family and friends. I can't even begin to imagine what Hannah Welch must be going through, especially being pregnant with their first child. It's comforting, though, to see how the Grand Blanc community has come together during such a difficult time. The fundraisers and support show the strength and compassion of this community. I was thinking about the security measures (or lack thereof) at workplaces like Trims Unlimited. It’s unsettling to know that someone could just walk back in after being terminated. Do any of you think there should be more stringent security protocols in place for manufacturing plants or businesses in general? Maybe things like better access control or additional surveillance could help prevent incidents like this in the future. It just about breaks my heart to hear about situations where perhaps something could have been done to prevent such a loss.
