Has anyone else been following the case of Alex Mendez? I’ve been trying to piece together what might have happened. He was last seen crossing the US/Mexico border near Sonoyta, Sonora, which is a somewhat remote area, right? Does anyone know if there's been any organized search efforts down there? Maybe by local authorities or volunteer groups? It just seems like there must be something more that could be done in terms of ground searches given the rough desert terrain. I read somewhere that the desert can be incredibly harsh, with extreme temperatures fluctuating between day and night. Could this have played a role in his disappearance, even if it wasn’t the primary factor? Would love to hear any thoughts or if anyone has info on past or similar cases.

Hey everyone, I wanted to bring up something I've been pondering over in the case of Lisa Adams, the woman who was last seen crossing the US/Mexico border near Sonoyta, Sonora. I’ve been digging into similar cases and it seems that border crossings, especially in those areas, can sometimes be linked with trafficking rings that target vulnerable individuals. Does anyone have any more information or sources about the activities of such rings in that region? I'm hoping there's still a chance to narrow down the possibilities of Lisa's whereabouts. Appreciate any insights you all might have.
