Has anyone else seen the case of Laura Martinez who disappeared after crossing the US/Mexico border? It's been haunting me since I stumbled upon it. She was last seen near the San Ysidro entry point, and that video footage of her just... vanishing after crossing is chilling.
I've been reading through the threads and noticed folks speculating a lot about possible abductions, but I'm curious if there’s more to the financial aspect of her background. Was she in debt or involved in something that might prompt her to cross the border without alerting family or friends? I feel like looking into her financial records could shed some light.
Have any of you seen cases where finances played a pivotal role in a person’s disappearance? What angles should we be exploring here?
Has anyone checked into the surveillance footage from the border crossing area? With the way cameras are set up nowadays, wouldn't there be some sort of digital trail or at least some clue as to who she might have been with when she crossed? I know sometimes folks skirt around the main areas, but if she was seen at an official crossing, it feels like there's got to be some record. Plus, if she's gone into Mexico, isn’t it likely there might be some cellular data? Maybe the phone’s last ping could offer some insight? Long shot, I know, but technology might just be the key here. Thoughts?
