Has anyone looked into the security footage or any eyewitness accounts from the Lukeville or San Luis border crossings? I know it's a long shot, but these areas might have cameras or people who saw something that day. If he was moving cross-border, it might also be worth checking if there were any deals or exchanges going on during that time, since such activities can sometimes provide unexpected leads. I feel like crossing at either of these places could mean he was headed somewhere specific or meeting someone. Sometimes, border crossings have unique circumstances depending on the day or local events—anyone with local knowledge think of anything out of the ordinary happening around then?
