I’ve been thinking a lot about the role that faith plays in times of tragedy, especially after what happened to Kaylanee. From what I’ve read, she was deeply committed to her faith and had just returned from a mission in New Zealand. It’s hard to wrap my head around someone so dedicated to spreading love and kindness facing such an unimaginable end. I’m not personally very religious, but I’ve always admired the strength people like Kaylanee have in their beliefs. It just makes this whole situation even more tragic. My thoughts are with her family and loved ones as they navigate through this incredibly difficult time. Hoping they find some peace or comfort surrounded by their community and faith. Does anyone know if there have been any local church services or memorials planned in her honor? I'd like to support in any way I can.
