Has anyone here been following the Brekyra Fisher case? I just read about Taevion Doss's arrest, but I'm really curious about the security measures that are going to be implemented on the Alcorn State campus moving forward. Given that the shooting happened during such a busy time like homecoming weekend, it makes me wonder how they'll ensure this doesn’t happen again. It's so important for students and faculty to feel safe, especially after such a tragic event. I can't even begin to imagine the fear and anxiety this has caused on campus. My thoughts are with Brekyra's family and friends, as well as those who were injured. Hoping they find peace and justice soon. If anyone has insights on what the university plans to do about this, I'd love to hear!
