I recently came across some details about Amy Houser, one of the victims of the Las Cruces Bowling Alley tragedy, and it’s been hard to shake off the thought of her young life cut short. It's unimaginable what her family has had to endure all these years. It’s just so distressing to know she was there simply helping out with daycare and lost her life in such a violent way. I can't help but wonder about the kind of person she would have grown up to be if that day had gone differently. Las Cruces is such a tight-knit community, and I often think about how this has impacted everyone there. While it might seem like time has moved on, I hope that renewed efforts and advances in technology can finally provide some answers for the families and community still waiting for justice. Does anyone know if there’s been any recent development, or has anything been planned to revisit the case with new forensic methods?

I've been reflecting on the involvement of Amy Houser at the bowling alley that morning. She was only 13, and it just breaks my heart thinking about how she was simply there to help out with the daycare. At such a young age, she was already contributing to her community, which says a lot about her kind character. The idea that her life was cut short in such a violent manner is deeply unsettling. I can’t imagine the profound impact this loss must have had on her family and friends. It’s a haunting reminder of how senseless violence can touch the lives of even the most innocent. I truly hope that one day we’ll see justice for Amy and the other victims, not just for closure, but to honor who they were and what they might have become. If anyone here still remembers her, maybe share a little more about who she was? Keeping their memories alive feels important.
