Has anyone heard anything new about the person who stayed behind with Irma? It seems odd that not much is known about him either. Is there any way to identify this person or find out if he made it safely somewhere? I feel like if we can locate him, we might get some answers about what happened to Irma. It's such rugged terrain out there; I'm worried about the chances of anyone being found without more information. If anyone has ideas on how we could push for more search efforts or spread the word about her disappearance, please share. Every bit helps.

Has anyone looked into the possibility of checking with local authorities on both sides of the border for records of anyone found in distress around the time Irma went missing? Sometimes people in situations like hers might be picked up due to health issues. It's possible she or the man who stayed with her could have sought help if she was faint. I know it's a long shot, but maybe there are hospital records or even Border Patrol notes. Just trying to think of anything that might have been overlooked.
