Has anyone heard more about the possibility that the missing person from Phoenix might have been last seen with a hitchhiker they picked up? I came across a few comments online speculating that they might have offered a ride to someone on their way to Casa Grande. I wonder if this might explain why they disappeared from the usual route. If anyone local to the area has heard similar stories or notices someone hitchhiking on that route frequently, please share your thoughts. Maybe the hitchhiker is a key piece of this puzzle. Stay safe, everyone.
