Hey everyone, I've been following Salome's case, and something is really bothering me about the timing. Salome called his wife on May 30th to say they'd be crossing the next day, but it seems like he was left behind after three days of walking. According to the friend he was traveling with, they called the family to update them on Salome's condition. So, what happened in those three days?
I'm curious if the authorities have pinpointed the exact location where he was left, especially since it's supposed to be near a wash. Maybe a more specific area could help focus search efforts? Has there been any more news about possible search operations in that area? Anyone else think it's odd that Salome's friend decided to call the family instead of staying with him until help arrived? Feels like there's a gap in the timeline that's yet to be explained. Thoughts?
I've been following Salome's case and can't stop thinking about what might have happened after he was left behind. From what his traveling companion said, it sounds like Salome's feet were in pretty bad shape. Walking for three days straight? That's brutal on anyone's feet. If he was near a wash, I hope there was some water source nearby to help him out, but that area can be so unforgiving. Does anyone know what the weather was like around the time he was left? Maybe that could provide some clues. I'm also wondering if anyone has checked if there are any other paths or trails near there that he might have tried to follow. It's just so perplexing that there hasn't been more news or sightings reported. Keeping Salome’s loved ones in my thoughts.
