Did anyone else get chills reading about the radio incident in Colleen Hendrickson Bass’s case? The thought of the suspect taking her radio and broadcasting right after the tragedy sends shivers down my spine. It seems like a deliberate attempt to create further chaos and confusion amidst an already horrific situation. I can’t imagine what her colleagues and responders must have felt, hearing those unsettling broadcasts while trying to process everything happening on that tragic morning. My heart goes out to everyone involved, especially Colleen’s family and coworkers, who probably knew her through her work as a dedicated security guard. It’s a haunting detail that adds another layer of sadness to an already devastating event.
