I recently heard about the tragic shooting of Briauna Green and Leonard Brown on Fullerton Avenue over the Fourth of July weekend. It's so devastating to think about how their lives were abruptly taken in such a seemingly quiet and residential area. One aspect that's been bothering me is whether there were any security cameras in the area that might've captured something useful. I know Cleveland's Slavic Village has been trying to improve safety, and part of that includes increasing surveillance. Given the timing of the attack, around 3 a.m., there's a chance any cameras could have caught suspicious activity leading up to or following the shootings. I can't imagine what the families of Briauna and Leonard are going through right now, having to wait for any kind of news or progress in the investigation. It must be incredibly frustrating to hope for answers but feel like they're stuck in limbo. If anyone in the community knows anything—or maybe has insights about potential camera footage—please, I hope they come forward. Every bit of information could be crucial. My heart truly goes out to their loved ones.
