Has anyone else been fascinated by the role Hermit Road might have played in David Longfellow's case? It's such a secluded area, which I guess makes it a bit more challenging for investigators to piece things together, especially back in 1974. I keep thinking about how it might have been a popular hangout spot for teens back then, which might explain why David and his friend were there that night. But that also makes me wonder—were they expecting to meet someone? Or was it purely by chance that they ended up in that location at such a pivotal time? It’s truly like a puzzle with so many missing pieces, and I can only hope that someday answers will fill in the gaps for his family. It's just hard to comprehend how something so tragic could happen with seemingly no one knowing anything. If anyone has theories or information on the area back in those days, I'd be interested to hear about it.
