I'm really troubled by the lack of developments in Deelaquan Smith's case. It's been several months now, and still no updates or arrests. I can't even imagine what his family must be going through, not having answers or justice. The community must be feeling uneasy too, knowing this happened right in their midst and the responsible party is still out there.
It's alarming to think about how quickly this incident seemed to fade from the headlines, especially when there was so much attention right after it happened. If anyone has any way to help or knows anything, I've heard the Dayton PD is still urging people to come forward, even anonymously. It's crucial that this young man's family gets some kind of closure. Just hoping there will be some breakthrough soon!
