I’ve been following Eva Morse’s case for a while, and there’s something that always strikes me about the geography of it all. Route 12 and Unity Stage Road might seem ordinary, but they’re tied to such a dark chapter now because of what happened to her and other victims. It must have been so difficult for Eva, relying on hitchhiking to get around. It’s heartbreaking to think about the vulnerability she faced simply because she was trying to manage her circumstances as a single mother. She didn’t deserve this, and her little one especially didn’t deserve to grow up without her. I really hope that with advancements in technology and more people speaking up, someone might remember something that could shed new light on her case. Keeping her memory alive is so important, not just for her family but for all the victims. Has anyone heard of any recent developments in this or related cases? Anything that might give her family some form of closure?

Hey everyone, I can't stop thinking about the fact that Eva Morse's remains were found so close to where Mary Elizabeth Critchley was discovered just five years earlier. It's chilling to consider that two women may have met such tragic ends in the same area. The thought that they might both be connected to the Connecticut River Valley Killer sends a shiver down my spine. What’s frustrating is how this killer seems to have operated right under everyone's noses - it's terrifying to think that Eva was just going about her day, trying to get home to her child, when she crossed paths with this monster. I can’t imagine the heartache her family must feel, knowing that justice still hasn’t been served. Does anyone know if there were ever any promising leads or persons of interest in the case that might have veered off course? I’m curious if there were witnesses along Route 12 that day who might have seen something, no matter how small. Hoping we can keep the conversation going and maybe spark some ideas that could eventually help her family find the answers they deserve. Sending strength and solidarity to those affected by Eva's story and the other victims in this disturbing case. —[username]
