I'm really struggling to understand how this could happen in our community. Eric Stephens was a well-known figure in the neighborhood, and it's devastating to think he met such a tragic end on his own porch. While I never had the pleasure of knowing him personally, I've heard he was known for being a friendly face to those who lived nearby. It's so difficult to reconcile that with the dangerous environment described by the police. Does anyone know if Eric had a family or close friends in the area? I'm sure they could use all the support we can provide during this incredibly challenging time. It seems so vital for our community to come together and help the authorities with any information that could lead to answers. Perhaps sharing any camera footage really could make a difference. It pains me to see this sort of violence taking lives and disrupting the sense of safety in our neighborhood. Let’s all keep pushing for justice for Eric and Michael.
