Hey everyone, I've been following the tragic case of Chance Leggett, and I can't stop thinking about the community response in East Harlem. It's tough to imagine how the neighborhood is coping with yet another young life lost to violence. I read that Chance lived only a few blocks away from where the shooting happened. It's unsettling that such an incident took place so close to his home, a place that's supposed to feel safe. The vigil that was held in his memory was a vivid reminder of how deeply he's missed. It’s touching to see how the community has come together despite the circumstances. Many people attended, sharing stories and lighting candles, trying to find solace in each other's company. Moments like these show the strength of the neighborhood, even in times of immense sorrow. My thoughts are with Chance's family and friends. Losing someone at such a young age is beyond words. I hope the community continues to rally around them, offering support and kindness in these trying times. Sending love and strength to all affected. Feel free to share any more updates or ways we can help out. Take care, everyone.
