Did anyone else notice how quickly the community rallied to honor Ikim Green after this tragedy? I happened to pass by the memorial site on Marcy Avenue, and it was really something to see how many people came together to pay their respects. There were flowers, candles, and messages of love and remembrance from those who knew him. It’s evident Ikim was well-loved and well-remembered by those around him. It's deeply moving to see the community support even in such a difficult time. I hope someone who knows something sees how much he meant to people and steps forward with information to help bring justice for his family. It’s a tough reminder of the impact of violence and how it leaves a void not just in a family, but in an entire community. How are you all feeling about the police response and progress so far?
