It’s just so devastating to think about what happened to Nadia. I can't stop wondering about how things unfolded that night. Does anyone know if there were any past incident reports involving Nadia and Paul? It seems like these tragic situations often have a history, and it's just so frustrating to see it come to this point. Law enforcement often misses the warning signs or isn’t able to respond in time, and it’s incredibly painful to know that sometimes these tragedies could potentially have been avoided. My heart goes out to Nadia’s family and friends—they must be going through such an unimaginable time.

I've been following the updates on Nadia Madrid’s case, and it's so troubling to see how quickly this turned into a tragedy. I keep thinking about the neighborhood where it all went down, on South Mulberry Avenue. I used to have family living in that area, and it's hard to picture such violence happening in a place many considered safe. The community has really come together to support Nadia's loved ones, and it’s evident how much she meant to people. Reading about her and seeing the flowers and candles that have been left in her memory really hits home. It’s important to keep talking about these events and push for change so that "domestic violence turned lethal" isn't part of someone else’s story. Rest in peace, Nadia. ?
