I’ve been following Doris “Pat” Carter and Kelly Moriarty’s case for a while now, and one detail I can’t stop thinking about is the severed leg found in St. Petersburg. How does something like that happen without anyone noticing? Was it possible someone was using boats in that area at the time? Considering the leg was the only part found, it seems like such a risky move. I wonder if anyone checked local marina records or boat rentals for information around the time of their disappearance. It's baffling that no one reported anything suspicious, especially in a place like St. Petersburg with its bustling waterfront. Would love to know if anyone's heard any theories or insights about this angle.
