Has anyone else been following the investigation into the tragic Grand Sierra Resort shooting? I’ve been trying to piece together the timeline, and I'm struck by how quickly everything unfolded. It’s beyond frightening to think how Angel Martinez, along with the other victims, were just caught in the crossfire during what should have been a normal morning. The reports mention that Angel was simply driving through when the chaos erupted. It’s hard not to feel for his family and the utter shock they must be experiencing right now. I'm wondering if anyone has heard more about the security measures at the casino. Given the rapid response from security and police, it seems like they acted quickly, but what were the preventative measures in place? It's chilling to think about how this could happen so out of the blue, and yet the outcome could have been even more devastating if not for the fast response. If anyone has insights or local connections, it would be good to hear how the community is coping. My thoughts are with all those who lost loved ones and those who witnessed this horror.
