It's so incredibly saddening to hear about the loss of Wayland Lance Limpy Jr., "Screaming Hawk." It's clear he was cherished in his community, and my heart goes out to his family and friends in Lame Deer during this difficult time. I've been following the case closely, and something that keeps coming to my mind is the role of communication from the authorities. Even though they have a person of interest, it seems like there's been minimal information released regarding the details of that evening. I understand the need for discretion, but it makes you wonder what kind of evidence they might have or still need to see this case through. Given the community’s response and the memorials, it’s clear Wayland made a lasting impact on those who knew him. Hoping for justice and peace for him and his loved ones. Does anyone else feel like there’s more the public could do to aid in the investigation, or is it best left in the hands of the detectives at this point?
