I've been following the case of Jose Luis Torres Ramirez, and one aspect I can't stop thinking about is the location. Holy Cross is a historic neighborhood with such a vibrant community, it’s heartbreaking to see it plagued by this kind of violence. What could have led to such a tragedy right there? I keep thinking about who else might have been around and seen something, anything to help discover why this happened or bring some justice for Jose and the other victim. It’s devastating for the community and of course for Jose’s family, who must be going through so much right now. I truly hope someone with information comes forward soon to help piece together the events of that awful morning. My thoughts are with everyone affected.
