I've been following Amir Lamar Atkins's case and my heart goes out to his family and friends. It's incredibly difficult to think about such a young life lost in this way. What struck me most about this case is how witnesses described the chaos at Folwell Park when the shooting happened. It's terrifying to imagine how those moments must have played out for Amir and everyone else there. It seems like this could have been witnessed by many people, and I hope that individuals with any information, however small it might seem, come forward to help Amir’s family find some semblance of justice. It’s frustrating to think the legal process might not deliver the resolution they are seeking. Let’s keep this conversation going and support the community in demanding answers and accountability.
