I've been following the tragic case involving Sherita Layton, and my thoughts are with her family and friends during this incredibly difficult time. One thing that's been on my mind is the location of the incident—the Session Levingston Motel. It seems like the area around Pete Harris Drive has seen its share of troubles in recent years. Has anyone else noticed an uptick in crime around that area, or is it just me? I hope this doesn’t hinder the investigation. It just seems like such an unsafe place, which might make it harder for people to come forward as witnesses. The whole situation feels so urgent, and I really hope detectives can catch a break soon. Anybody else familiar with this area? What's it been like in recent times? Any insights could help shed some light on why this tragedy happened where it did.
