I can't stop thinking about how terrifying it must have been for Victor’s friends and family when they got the news. It's one thing to hear about such terrible incidents on the news, but knowing that your loved one was just going about their day in a familiar neighborhood, and then to have their life cut short so senselessly, is just devastating. It's a reminder of how precious life is and how quickly things can change. The area around New Hampshire Avenue is so busy, and to have something like this happen there, in front of so many, it's hard to fathom. I truly hope the police get the information they need soon and that Victor’s loved ones find some peace. If anyone has details or saw anything, please come forward. This young man and his family deserve justice.
