I've been following the case of Elizjah Pasha, and it's absolutely gut-wrenching to think about what that family must be going through. One aspect that sticks with me is the role of the juvenile who made the 911 call. It's unimaginable to be in that position, having to witness such a traumatic event and then having the presence of mind to call for help. This kid not only lost a brother and father in an instant but was also thrust into a nightmare scenario. I wonder how such a young person copes after an experience like that. Hopefully, they have a support system in place. Community resources and counseling can be lifesavers for those involved in domestic violence cases, especially when it unfolds so dramatically and publicly. My heart goes out to whoever made that call—they showed incredible courage in a horrific moment. I hope they find peace and healing in the aftermath of this life-altering event.
