I've been following the case of Jeremy Miller, and I can't shake this question about the area where it happened. I used to live not too far from there, and it's baffling how things like this keep happening in neighborhoods that have so much potential to thrive. It’s shocking and saddening to see another senseless act of violence take someone from their loved ones.
Does anyone here who still lives around Armour Square have any insight into how the neighborhood has been since the incident? Are community organizations stepping in or working together with local law enforcement to address these things? It breaks my spirit to see news of another promising life lost. For Jeremy’s family and friends, I hope they find some solace and justice soon. It's moments like these that make me realize how invaluable community efforts can be.
Hi everyone,
I’ve been following the tragic case of Jeremy Miller, and one detail that I can't shake is how this happened right in front of Wentworth Gardens homes. It’s unsettling to think that it occurred near a place meant to be a community and a sanctuary for families. When violence hits close to home like this, it truly affects everyone in the neighborhood—not just those who knew Jeremy personally. I can’t imagine the pain his loved ones are feeling, especially knowing that people likely heard those shots and the aftermath from their homes. It's scary to think about how common these stories have become, yet it remains deeply personal for every victim and their community.
My thoughts are with Jeremy’s family and everyone in his neighborhood who must be grappling with the aftermath of such a senseless act. I hope witnesses come forward to help bring some justice to his family.
Stay safe, everyone. Hug your loved ones a little tighter today.
