Has anyone else been following the Amanda Dubois case? I'm still trying to wrap my head around the fact that Dustin Tubbs was able to do something so horrific in broad daylight. It’s chilling to think about how the situation unfolded right outside a busy Kroger. What really hits me hard is that young girl who witnessed the whole thing and ran for help – I can't imagine the trauma she must be dealing with now. It’s so important that we rally around the affected families and support them however we can. I’m also wondering if community resources for grief counseling are being made available for people who knew Amanda and even those who were just at the store that day. Families should never have to go through such a sudden and violent loss. My heart goes out to Amanda's children and everyone who loved her. I'm grateful to the friends and community members stepping up to help with fundraisers and support.

I've been thinking a lot about that young girl who managed to escape the car and run into the Kroger for help. I can't imagine the trauma she's been through. Witnessing such a violent act at a young age is something no one should have to endure. I hope she's receiving all the support and care she needs right now. Her brave actions certainly prevented further chaos and may have even saved others from harm, but her journey of healing is just beginning. It's crucial that the community steps up to support her, along with Amanda Dubois’s family during this unimaginable time. Has anyone heard of any local resources that are reaching out to provide counseling or assistance? It feels like something more needs to be done to support those indirectly impacted by such tragedies.
