Wow, this case is just so difficult to wrap my head around. I can’t help but feel for Faith Nelson's family and friends and what they must be going through. Domestic violence is such a cruel and complex issue, and it really shows the importance of reaching out when you see warning signs. It's heartbreaking that Faith seemed to have found herself in such a dangerous situation. I’m curious if anyone has insights into the timeline of events the day of the incident? Specifically, why they chose to visit Torres’ mother and what those "worrying phone calls" were about. Was there something that precipitated this explosion of violence, and did anyone recognize these calls as a warning sign? To think that a couple could go from visiting family to such a tragic outcome in a matter of hours is sobering. Sending all my love to the Nelson family as they navigate this unimaginable loss.
