I’ve been thinking a lot about Benjamin’s distant demeanor in the months leading up to his death. I didn’t know him personally, but from what friends have shared, he seemed quieter than usual and more withdrawn. Depression can have such a profound impact on people, and I just wish more could be done to provide support for those who might be suffering in silence. It's such a tragedy for his friends and family to lose him like this, and I hope they find some peace. It’s really important for all of us to regularly check in on our loved ones, not just when things seem off but consistently. Sometimes those who seem the strongest are battling the darkest storms.
