I've been digging into Abby Roberts' case and something’s been gnawing at me. The fact that Phillip Johnson showed up in Torrance with their baby but without Abby raises so many red flags. Why go through the trouble of leaving Vegas with Abby and the baby if you’re just going to drop off the child, especially without Abby? It just feels so off to me. The whole situation with her wanting to leave him because of rumored infidelity might offer some clues about potential motives. If Abby was set on leaving, maybe tensions escalated. Although there were no signs of a struggle in their home, domestic issues can sometimes manifest subtly till something gives way. Considering their shared workplace, dynamics there could also hold pieces of the puzzle. The recovered car in Compton is another odd detail. How did it end up there, and what was their plan? Were they trying to disappear together or was Phillip acting on his own? There's a slim chance maybe someone in Torrance or Compton saw something that could help. It's frustrating how little information there seems to be despite these strong leads. Anyone else have thoughts on this angle?
