Hey everyone, I was just reading more about Lance Chan's case and something that really struck me was the presence of the improvised explosives and ghost guns found in the house. It makes me so uneasy to think about all the hidden dangers that might exist behind closed doors in what seems like an ordinary neighborhood. Even in the midst of this awful tragedy over Lance's death, I'm glad there were no further casualties, especially since those kinds of materials can be so unpredictable and dangerous. It's absolutely terrifying to imagine what might have happened if those explosives had not been safely managed. I'm sending thoughts to Lance's family and hope they're getting the support they need. It's just so hard to comprehend how things escalated to this point. Does anyone know if there were any prior issues related to those explosives or guns that might have been overlooked? It's alarming to think about what signs might have been missed, and maybe there are learnings here that can prevent similar tragedies in the future. Take care and hug your loved ones tight.
