I haven't seen anyone talk much about Joseph's family and how they're holding up. I can only imagine the shock they're still grappling with after losing him so suddenly and violently. It's hard to wrap my mind around the fact that he was just going about his night and then this horrible event unfolded. I've heard some say that this kind of tragedy changes everything forever, and my heart truly aches for anyone who knew him. No one should have to endure this kind of sorrow. Does anyone know if they're planning a public memorial or vigil? It might be a small way for the community to show their support and come together in this really tough time.
Has anyone else been following the Deltona case of Joseph Whitmer? I can’t stop thinking about how quickly everything unfolded. It just chills me to the bone knowing how little time there was between the initial 911 calls and the suspect being taken into custody. The doorbell camera footage must have been incredibly crucial here. I really hope detectives can determine the motive soon, as it might provide some comfort to Joseph's family and friends. This kind of senseless violence is truly upsetting. I can’t imagine the shock and pain his loved ones are going through right now. Keeping his family in my thoughts as the investigation continues.
