Every time I read about Lance Trenton Taggs, I can't help but feel for his grandparents. I mean, it must have been so difficult for them to suddenly have him move in from Hawaii and then lose him in such a horrific way just months later. The transition from a sunny island life to the chilling circumstances in Oregon must have been jarring enough, but to face such a tragic loss is unimaginable.
With his body found near Aurora Airport Road, an area already notorious for dark happenings, it makes me wonder how many other families are still in the dark about their loved ones. Randy Kraft seemed to target these locations intentionally, almost like he knew their ominous reputation would play into his twisted narrative. It's chilling to think about how Lance was just at the wrong place at the wrong time.
I wonder how Lance's family feels about Kraft's conviction. While justice has been served to some extent, it can never bring Lance back or erase the trauma his family has endured. My heart goes out to them and all families affected by Kraft's monstrous actions. ?
Hey everyone,
I've been digging into the details of Lance Trenton Taggs' tragic case, and it's absolutely chilling how everything seems to connect back to Randy Kraft. One thing that's been on my mind is the role of the "Scorecard" in this whole situation. This cryptic list that Kraft kept just blows my mind in how calculated and cold it was. I mean, having a coded way of tracking victims is just beyond anything I can comprehend.
It really makes you wonder about the experience of Lance and what he might have gone through, so far away from his family and in a new place. For some reason, Oregon kind of ended up as a dark spot for him, and it's gut-wrenching to realize that his young life got caught in the crosshairs of such evil. My heart goes out to his family who had to move not just Lance, but also their family’s peace and dreams to Oregon, only to be shattered in such a horrific manner.
Does anyone know more about how Kraft came up with and used the Scorecard? It feels like such a critical piece of evidence and a window into his twisted mind. Would love to hear any insights or thoughts on this. Thanks for reading and for sharing this space with me.
Stay safe out there.
