I've been thinking a lot about the victims from the Café Racer shooting, especially Drew Keriakedes. It's so haunting to imagine that morning unfolding like any normal day, only for everything to end so brutally. From what I gather, Drew was a musician and really well-loved in the local arts scene. Friends and acquaintances have shared such touching stories about his vibrant personality and the unique music he brought into their lives. It's clear he left a lasting impact on those around him. My heart aches for his family and friends who must live with the void of his absence. It's a reminder of the fragility of life and the senselessness of violence. If anyone here knew Drew or has stories about him, I'd love to hear them. It feels important to honor his memory by remembering the joy and creativity he shared with the world.
