Has anyone else been impressed by how incredibly brave and quick-thinking the law enforcement teams were in tracking and apprehending Robert Aaron Long? While this horrifying event has left an indelible mark on countless lives, especially the families like Paul's who are dealing with such profound loss, I think it's worth acknowledging the swift action of the officers. They pulled together resources from different departments, used surveillance footage effectively, and performed that PIT maneuver to stop Long's vehicle before any more tragedy could unfold. It's some small comfort to know that he was brought into custody so quickly, preventing further harm. My thoughts are with Paul Michels's family, and everyone else affected, as they navigate through this devastating time.
