Has anyone else thought about how the community might have been feeling during the time Melissa and Michelle were missing? It must have been an incredibly tense and terrifying period for everyone in Tyrone Township. I can't even imagine the feeling of helplessness and fear they all went through, knowing a predator was on the loose and two young girls, beloved by their friends and family, were out there somewhere. It’s just so disturbing to think about the weeks and months that passed without any answers for their family or the community. Sending my thoughts to the Urbin family and all those who were affected by this horrifying crime. It’s a stark reminder of the importance of community watchfulness and the tragic outcomes that can happen when the system fails to protect its citizens. Let’s hope this brought about some change so something like this never happens again.
