I've been following Tina Kimbrew's case closely and something that really strikes me is how Wardrip was able to carry on with his life after serving only a fraction of his original sentence. It’s just mind-blowing to think that he was released early and even managed to get married and be part of a community. It’s even more chilling given what investigators uncovered after his release. I can't begin to imagine what Tina's family went through knowing that he was free, and then discovering he was responsible for more pain and suffering in those other murders. It’s so important that justice was eventually served, but it’s truly a reminder of the scary reality that some people manage to hide their true selves in plain sight. My heart goes out to Tina’s loved ones, they deserved so much more than the system initially offered them.
