I've been sifting through some old case files and came across the name Daniel Albert Staggs. His passing is really mysterious with hardly any information available. What caught my eye was that he passed away at just 40, and there's radio silence on any investigation, which seems odd. Has anyone else here noticed how cases from the mid-80s sometimes lack detail? It makes you wonder about the resources available back then for proper investigations. My heart goes out to anyone who knew him; it must be incredibly difficult not having clear answers. If anyone stumbles upon anything further or has access to local archives around Jackson, it could shed some light on his story.

Hey everyone, I've been going down this rabbit hole about Daniel Albert Staggs and can’t stop thinking about the lack of clarity surrounding his death. I came across a bit of info that's stuck with me: apparently, some folks around Jackson, where Daniel lived, recall him being an avid outdoor enthusiast. He often spent weekends out in the woods, hiking and camping. It's something his family has mentioned a few times. While we don't know the cause of his death, I wonder if his love for the outdoors played a part somehow. Maybe it was an accident, or he ventured somewhere remote? Just a thought. I feel for his family — not knowing must have been incredibly difficult. Anyone else heard anything along these lines or have ideas?
