Did anyone else find it chilling how John Floyd Thomas Jr. blended into society for so many years? Even while working as a claims adjuster, he managed to hide his dark history. It's unsettling to think how close he was to being just another person you might interact with on a daily basis, yet he was capable of such horrific acts. Maybelle Hudson's loved ones had to wait decades for justice, and I'm sure it was an enormous relief to finally have some answers. It's concerning how someone with such a violent past could evade suspicion for so long. I hope this case has led to improvements in monitoring and tracking individuals with similar backgrounds to prevent another tragic loss like Maybelle's. How did this guy remain under the radar for so many years with such a track record? It’s just baffling.
