Hey everyone, I’ve been following Cynthia Ann McGee's case and something that really struck me was the role the nurse played. I can't even imagine how difficult it must have been for her to come forward with her observations. Nurses spend so much time with their patients and to see something like that must have been horrifying, yet she still reported what she saw. It just goes to show how important it is for staff at hospitals to trust their instincts, even when the implications are so grave. This nurse might have felt isolated or scared about speaking up, but in the end, her actions were a crucial piece in seeking justice for Cynthia. It’s a testament to the courage of healthcare professionals who stand up for what’s right, even when it's incredibly challenging. My thoughts are with Cynthia’s family and everyone impacted by this tragedy.

Has anyone looked into the backgrounds of the other medical staff who worked at Ohio State University Hospital during the time Swango was there? It’s chilling to think he could have had accomplices, though I hope that's not the case. This case makes me think about how often we trust medical professionals without question. I can't help but feel deeply saddened for Cynthia's family. They trusted that their daughter was in the safest place possible for someone recovering from an accident, only to find out that a person who should have been her healer was actually her killer. I wish there was more we could do to ensure the safer hiring practices in healthcare, so tragedies like this never happen again. If anyone has insights or additional information, please share. There’s always more to learn and understand about how someone like Swango could operate undetected for so long.
