Has anyone done any deep dives into the locations Rob was known to frequent before his disappearance? I read somewhere that he enjoyed spending time in Golden Gate Park and around the Haight-Ashbury area. It makes me wonder if there’s any connection to those places or people he might have met there. It was the late '70s, and SF was quite the eclectic scene. I'm curious if anyone has explored these angles or if there were any sightings reported in those areas back then? Always hoping something will come to light.

I was reading up on Rob Kuhlman's case lately, and one aspect that caught my attention is how distinct his physical appearance is. With his height at 6'4" and that memorable quarter-sized birthmark on his forehead, you'd think someone must have noticed or remembered seeing him around. It's baffling how he could seemingly vanish into thin air without leaving more behind. In cases like this, I always wonder if there's something small that was overlooked. Maybe someone out there has a crucial piece of information but doesn't realize its importance. Hoping that by keeping this conversation alive, we can jog someone's memory about a detail they might not have thought was significant at the time. Thoughts?

I came across Robert "Rob" Kuhlman's disappearance when looking into cold cases from the '70s. It’s just so strange how someone can just vanish without a trace. What stands out to me is that distinctive birthmark he had on his forehead – you’d think that would make it easier for someone to remember seeing him. I wonder if anyone has checked in with hospitals or clinics where someone matching his description might have checked in, especially considering any injuries could have caused memory loss. It's upsetting that there haven't been any solid leads after all these years. It just feels like someone, somewhere, must have seen something. I'm curious if there have been any updates or renewed efforts from the SFPD lately. Does anyone know if there's been any recent progress or if any new detectives have taken another look at his case?
