Hey, has anyone else been looking into Andrew Viater's case and come across anything about the railroad tracks? It's been bugging me. I mean, his footprints just stopped there. With the blizzard that night, maybe the snow covered up more tracks or evidence? I feel like the weather might have played a bigger role in how the scene looked when it was first found. Also, with railroad tracks being there, couldn't a passing train complicate things further? Has anyone checked historical train schedules from that time to see if one passed by around 4 a.m.? It might give some insight, especially if something happened further down the tracks. Just brainstorming here, but the tracks seem like an important piece that might've been overlooked.

Hey everyone, I’ve been following Andrew Viater’s case and wanted to discuss something that’s been on my mind. Has anyone else noticed how peculiar it is that the footprints just abruptly stopped at the train tracks? It makes me wonder if something might have happened involving the train that night, especially with the blizzard covering up any signs. I’m curious if there are any train logs or records from that night in 1980 that investigators might have looked into? Sometimes I feel like those kinds of details can hold a clue. Would love to hear your thoughts or any insights on this aspect!

Did anyone come across any new information about the railroad worker schedules or any freight schedules around the time Andy disappeared? I find it odd that his footprints stopped at the tracks and there was no sign of him beyond that point. It's a strange coincidence, given that there was a blizzard. Is it possible he might have been picked up by a passing train, either intentionally or unintentionally? I wonder if anyone has ever looked into missed work or anonymity of workers at nearby stations; it might be a long shot, but maybe someone saw something and didn't report it. I feel like this angle might not have been thoroughly checked out all these years. Thoughts?
