Has anyone else been struck by the sheer courage Salina showed that night? I can't stop thinking about how, at just 14, she managed to escape such a terrifying situation, injured and alone in the desert. It's unimaginable what she must have gone through, not to mention the trauma she must have carried ever since. Her quick thinking not only led to finding the bodies of her mother and sister but ultimately brought their murderer to justice. My heart truly goes out to Salina, having to live with those memories. Does anyone here know if she's received any kind of support or counseling over the years? It's astounding that she survived and that her bravery led to solving the crime. Such resilience is incredible, but I hope she's found some sense of peace or healing.
