Hey everyone, I’ve been reading up on Margaret Edwards "Peg" Cuttino’s case, and I can't shake this unsettling feeling about the entomological evidence. It’s upsetting to think about the toll this uncertainty must’ve taken on Margaret’s family. The findings from Clemson suggested she was killed shortly after she went missing, yet there were sightings of her a day later. This discrepancy just adds another layer of frustration and confusion for everyone involved, especially her loved ones. It’s baffling how such conflicting information can throw investigations off track. With eyewitness accounts suggesting she was alive a day after her disappearance, it’s hard to reconcile these narratives. My thoughts are with those who knew Margaret and had to endure all these years without solid answers. Does anyone else feel like this conflicting info kept the cloud of doubt hanging over the case?

I’ve been following Margaret Edwards "Peg" Cuttino's case for a while and one thing that haunts me is the impact her murder must have had on her family, especially given her father's high-profile role as a state senator. It’s unimaginable the pressure and heartache they endured, with public attention constantly on them while they were grappling with the devastating loss of their daughter. I wonder if James Cuttino Jr.'s position helped or hindered the investigation. Could political factors have influenced the way the investigation was handled or the pressure to quickly find a suspect? It's been over fifty years, and it must be incredibly painful for the Cuttinos not to have closure. I hope for their sake—and in honor of Margaret—that one day the truth will come to light.
