I’ve been following the details of Barbara Codman’s case, and one thing that really sticks with me is the location where her body was found. I can't imagine the pain her family must feel, knowing she was left in such a desolate place. The alley between East McKinley and East Pierce Streets sounds so eerie, especially being in such close proximity to where Cory Morris was staying. It's so unsettling to think how easily someone could go unnoticed in that part of town, carrying out such horrific acts. My thoughts are with Barbara’s family and the families of the other victims; I hope the community can come together to support one another during this unimaginable time. If anyone has more information about the area back in 2002 or if living conditions might have contributed to folks staying under the radar, I’d be interested to know. Stay safe, everyone.
