I just can't stop thinking about Stephanie McDuffie's case and how her being pregnant adds another layer of tragedy to this whole situation. I mean, it's devastating enough that she lost her life at such a young age, but the fact that she was eight months pregnant makes it even more painful. Her family wasn't just preparing for a new life, but also now has to cope with an unimaginable loss. I wonder if anyone knows more about the search effort that led to the discovery of her remains in Swatara Township? I can't imagine what it takes to comb through a landfill and the strength it required from those involved. It’s just so important to remember the victims and the tireless work law enforcement put into getting some form of justice. Also, does anyone have insight into how cases like these are reviewed over time? Considering Joseph Miller’s lack of remorse and potential involvement in other crimes—even those beyond the ones he's confessed to—I hope they find answers for all the families involved. Holding onto hope that no stone stays unturned for Stephanie and others like her. Love and strength to them all.
