I've been following the case of Robert Assaly with a heavy heart and something that's really been bothering me is about how McGray managed to stay off the radar for nearly two months after these murders. It's terrifying to think that someone so dangerous was left to roam free for that long. How was it even possible? With everything that happened, you can't help but feel the system failed Robert and others; they should have been protected. It's devastating for the victims' families, knowing that this might have been prevented. How do we prevent something like this from happening again? My thoughts are with everyone who's been affected by this tragic series of events.
