Hey everyone, I've been following the Edgecombe County cases for a while now, and something that's really been on my mind is why Elizabeth Smallwood was never reported missing. It's baffling and so tragic that her disappearance seemed to go unnoticed for such a long time. I keep wondering if there were signs that could have been picked up sooner or if there was someone out there who knew about her situation but felt powerless or unsure about what to do. It's heartbreaking to think about how lonely she might have felt, and my heart goes out to her family and friends. I know life can be incredibly tough sometimes, and people can fall through the cracks. But it must be devastating for her loved ones, who might have not even realized she was in danger, to be left with so many unanswered questions. It's so important to remember that every victim has a story and deserves to be remembered and have their voice heard, even if the system failed them in life.
